What to bring
What’s included, what to plan for
- Reunion t-shirt — provided to every registered attendee, picked up at check-in.
- Food — meal plan is being finalized. Some meals will be provided as part of registration; others will be on-your-own. Details to follow.
- Parking — on-site parking notes coming soon.
- Comfortable, beach-friendly clothing — Waimanalo in late September is warm. Bring sun protection and something to throw on for evenings.

Questions people keep asking
What’s the deposit for?
$25 per person to hold your spot — everyone age 4 and up. It’s separate from registration (you pay it on top) and not refundable.
Can keiki come?
Absolutely — this is an ʻohana reunion. Children 3 and under attend free (no deposit, no balance). Keiki ages 4–12 are $25 deposit + $50 balance, and everyone 13 and up is $25 deposit + $100 balance.
What’s included in registration?
Your reunion t-shirt, access to all three days of programming, and the shared meals on the schedule. Specific meal details will be confirmed closer to the date.
Can I add family members later?
Yes. You can register the people you’re sure of now and add more later — pay the deposit for them when you add them, and the balance follows the same schedule. If you need help, email Darlene.
What if I can’t make it after paying?
Refund tiers, based on date:
- Before May 30, 2026 — full refund minus the $25 deposit per person.
- May 30 – July 25, 2026 — 50% of the balance refunded; deposit non-refundable.
- After July 25, 2026 — no refunds. Final headcounts have to be locked for the venue and shirt order.
Do I have to pay everything up front?
No. At registration you can either pay the $25 per-person deposit only — and pay the balance later — or pay in full if that’s easier. If you choose deposit-only, we’ll email you a link to pay the balance closer to the reunion. Larger families can also use Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm at checkout to split the charge.
