1. About this site

KBC ʻOhana Reunion 2026 is a private family event site. By using it you agree to these terms.

2. Registration

• Registration is open to family members and invited guests of the Koko, Book, and Cypriano ʻohana.
• A $25 per person deposit (per attendee aged 4 and up) is required to reserve your spot. Children 3 and under are free.
• The remaining balance ($100 per adult, $50 per keiki ages 4–12) is due July 25, 2026 (Honolulu time).
• Payments are processed by Stripe; the site doesn't store card information.

3. Refund policy

Summary below. If we publish a longer policy, it'll live at its own page; this section is the source of truth either way.

• Cancel by May 30, 2026 — full refund minus the $25 per person deposit.
• Cancel by July 25, 2026 — 50% of remaining balance refunded.
• After July 25, 2026 — no refunds.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, 5–7 business days.

4. Merchandise

• Each registered attendee receives one reunion t-shirt included in their registration.
• Additional shirts, hats, and stickers are available for purchase through July 25, 2026.
• Ordering closes July 25, 2026 (Honolulu time) so the order can be batched and produced in time.
• Pickup at the reunion (September 25-27, 2026) is the default; shipping is available if needed at checkout.

5. Volunteer signups

Volunteer commitments are non-binding — life happens. Let us know if you can't make it after signing up.

6. Code of conduct

This is a family event. Treat each other with aloha. The reunion organizers reserve the right to ask anyone behaving disrespectfully to leave the event without a refund.

7. Photos and media

Photos and video may be taken at the reunion for the family archive. If you'd prefer not to be photographed, let the organizers know in person.

8. Liability

Attendance is voluntary. The reunion organizers aren't liable for personal injury, lost belongings, or travel mishaps. Plan accordingly.

9. Disputes

If you have a question or complaint, email kbcohanareunion@gmail.com first. We'll work it out as a family.

Terms may be updated; the date at the top shows the last revision.
