Lend a hand at the reunion

It takes a village to pull a gathering like this together.

This reunion is being pulled together by a small group of family — and they could use the help. Whether you have an hour or a whole weekend, there's a way to plug in. Sign up below and we'll be in touch as we get closer.

Many hands, light work

Pulling a reunion together is a marathon, and a small handful of family are carrying most of it. Even an hour or two of help means they can actually enjoy the gathering they've spent years planning.

It's how reunions get built

Setup, cooking, keiki activities, hula, photography, cleanup — the gathering itself is the product of the ʻohana showing up for each other.

Any day, any role

Friday setup, Saturday on-site, Sunday cleanup, or before the reunion entirely (planning meetings, errands). Pick what works for you.

Who you are

How you'd like to help

Pick anything that sounds like you — at least one. We'll use these to figure out where you'd fit best.

Interests

When you can help

At least one day. It's totally OK to be available before the reunion only — there's a lot of behind-the-scenes work.
